RCP is an Accredited Management Organization that is now handling the accounting and financial support services for LVE effective April 1, 2021. It was founded in 1974 to manage apartment and commercial properties. In 1986, they acquired a community association. They are headquartered in Cranbury, NJ and manage over 80 properties.

RCP is committed to delivering dedicated services in a courteous and truthful manner. Kristina Munson, the CFO, mentioned that her staff told her how courteous LVE residents have been in speaking with RCP employees to answer their questions and sign up for Association payments.

We will have dedicated people who will manage our accounts receivable, accounts payable and all accounting reporting in a timely manner which will be overseen by their CPA, Sam Schneider.

Heather Fernicola, LVE accounting analyst, will be the point person working with RCP in the LVE admin office. Pat McCabe will still handle maintenance calls and work orders.
